Our mission is to provide enjoyable, quality music therapy to the Central Coast and Lake Macquarie area. We believe it is essential to improve access to disability services in the area while destigmatising mental health issues and providing culturally inclusive support. We work closely with each client’s support network to provide holistic care and work towards goals for everyday life and wellbeing.

We acknowledge the Awabakal and Darkinjung peoples of the lands on which we work. We pay respects to Elders past, present and emerging, and celebrate the diversity of First Nations peoples and their connection to the lands and waters of NSW. Theirs is the oldest continuing culture in the world, with a history of using music for healing, long before the conception of music therapy as a profession.
